The Family Information Service (FIS) offers free information, advice and guidance to parents to be, parents, carers and professionals across the borough on a variety of different topics that relate to having a child. We also offer information on services for families that run throughout the borough and the new Family Service Directory (FSD) is another method of sharing information.

If searching for a childminder, please note that we put our childminders Surname first, as do Ofsted. Please search using surname if you know it; if not, please use the childcare search and make sure the vacancy button is ticked.
